Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We now ship to our furry friends all over the globe. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping location. We ship via DHL.

Delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. We do not cover any tariffs, custom fee charges, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Ghana, Kyrgyzsta, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Liberia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, and Syria.

Returns & Exchanges

We like to make returns hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, reach out to our pet costume experts by emailing [email protected] and we’ll provide instructions on how to make the process a breeze.

For International orders: We are not able to offer exchanges, only refunds. You may send your item back for a refund (minus shipping charges).

Pre Order & Backorders

For new items on our website, we allow pre-orders purchased as a backorder item. Once your pre-order item is available we will ship your entire order. If you ordered in-stock items with your pre-order and will need them to arrive sooner than the estimated pre-order ship date, please place two separate orders. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Please note: Due to the limited nature of stock, pre-order items are non-refundable once placed. We try our absolute best to provide the most accurate estimated ship dates, however, please note that these dates are solely estimates. Orders may ship sooner or later than the expected ship dates noted.

How much is shipping?

We like to make shipping simple. All orders ship at a flat rate of only $5. Get free 1-3 day shipping on all orders over $49.

How quickly does it take to get my order?

Most customers receive their orders in 4-6 days. All orders over $49 get free 1-3 day shipping. If you don’t qualify for free 1-3 day shipping, we also have 2 day and 3 day expedited shipping options.

How do I track my order?

We send you emails to keep you in the loop on the status of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my package is lost?

The customer bears the risk of loss once the items are passed from to the shipping carrier. To ensure delivery, please be sure to check the shipping address for errors before placing your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

We currently only charge sales tax for items shipped to NY.

Why no phone support?

We don’t offer phone support because we believe we can better answer your questions and help solve problems by investigating your account and our system details before we reply to you. Besides, we don’t want you to have to be on phone hold, ever.
