How much is shipping?
We like to make shipping simple. All orders ship at a flat rate of only $5. Get free 1-3 day shipping on all orders over $39.
How quick does it take to get my order?
Most customers receive their orders in 4-6 days. All orders over $39 get free 1-3 day shipping. If you don’t qualify for free 1-3 day shipping, we also have 2 day and 3 day expedited shipping options.
How do I track my order?
We send you emails to keep you in the loop on the status of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship to P.O boxes or internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is lost?
The customer bears the risk of loss once the items are passed from Petcostumecenter.com to the shipping carrier. To ensure delivery, please be sure to check the shipping address for errors before placing your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
We currently only charge sales tax for items shipped to NY.
Why no phone support?
We don’t offer phone support because we believe we can better answer your questions and help solve problems by investigating your account and our system details before we reply to you. Besides, we don’t want you to have to be on phone hold, ever.
