Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with either a refund or exchange. To receive a refund or exchange there are certain requirements that must be met, as well as specific terms and conditions. Exchanges
Our primary goal is to fully satisfy our customers and assist them in their search for the perfect costume. Therefore, if upon delivery you feel that you either need your recently purchased merchandise in a different size, OR your recently purchased merchandise is damaged in anyway, OR you would like a different product that we offer, contact us immediately and we will work with you to ensure the delivery of the requested product in time for its desired use. In order to successfully exchange your orders for a new item the following requirements must be met:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Request to exchange material must be made within seven (7) days of item delivery.
Product must not be battered, used, stained, and must be free from pet hair. If exchanged costume is returned to us in poor condition the customer will consequently be charged for both the product ordered originally as well as the newly requested product (including the shipping). Please note that the review of the products condition is at the discretion of Petcostumercenter.com
If exchange is requested, no additional shipping costs will be charged to customer. We will cover the costs for standard shipping. HOWEVER, any expedited shipping at the request of the customer will be charged. Any additional exchanges of a previously already exchanged item will require an additional shipping charge at the expense of the customer.
If newly requested item is priced differently than exchanged item the customer will either be credited to their debit/credit card or charged the difference accordingly.
Returned order must contain all pieces/accessories included in the costume.
Shipping costs included in the original purchase will not be included in the refund, merchandise and tax only.
Refunds will only be granted once the order is returned, and in good condition. Please allow 7-14 days for your account to reflect credit.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES:

Contact our customer service department, per contact information above, to identify your exchange request.
A confirmation will be sent from our customer service department acknowledging your exchange request.
Upon confirmation, please purchase the newly desired product. Please note, per the above terms, free shipping will apply to this purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend purchasing the newly desired product. However, if you do not wish to purchase a second item, once your return is received we will issue you a credit to purchase your desired exchange item. We cannot guarantee that your desired item will be in stock by the time the return is received, processed, and the credit is issued.
Upon confirmation, free shipping label will be emailed to the customer for return of the original purchase.
Upon receipt of the original purchase, and Petcostumecenter.com’s acceptance of the condition of the returned original purchase, your account will be credited accordingly.
Refunds
Upon the delivery of ordered goods if the customer is dissatisfied with the product a refund will be granted. Returned goods will only be granted a refund if the following requirements are met:
