Not for a dog owner 30:lbs.
I ordered an XL for a dog that weighs 40 pounds. Did not fit unless I held the head part on. Pictures were ruined for a photo op.

Love costume. Sizes somewhat incorrect.
As said. Costume gets t stars but i even did a size larger and still alittle small. 2 sizes up from chart wouldve done it.
