Superman Dog & Cat Harness

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with pet costume center and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

Upon discovering an error in my order, where I had requested the Superman harness but received a Wonder Woman harness instead, I promptly contacted customer service. I provided a detailed account of the mix-up, hoping for a prompt resolution. To my disappointment, not only did my initial email go unanswered, but subsequent follow-ups were also met with silence. I had to dispute it with my bank.

It’s disheartening to encounter such lackadaisical customer service, where genuine concerns are seemingly brushed aside. The absence of communication and resolution has left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

If responsiveness, accountability, and a basic level of service are qualities you seek in a company, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Nice customer service, but the item is too big. They didn't have a smaller size.
