Runs Big and Poor Customer Service

I have a small dog that can wear a small or medium depending on the style and brand. I ordered a M based on their sizing and my dogs measurements. It came quickly but it was huge on him. He definitely can't wear it. You can only email the company to do a return. I've emailed 5 times and received no response. It's a poor quality costume anyway. Save your money and go elsewhere. I got 2 costumes at Petco for less than this one.
