Ordered medium runs very small. Sent 3 emails to return customer service never replied back they don’t even give a phone number to call them they want you to send them a email. But then they don’t answer you back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Size up runs small. I followed the size chart. I bought a M for my 15 pound schnoodle. Sent an email over a week ago to request an exchange and they are not responding. I also sent a message through Facebook. Buyer beware
